Placing / Changing / Cancelling an Order

I live in Dallas-Fort Worth but it is not letting me place my order.

At this time we are only able to accommodate deliveries to destinations within our pre-determined delivery area. We are actively looking into expanding our reach, please check back in the coming months. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, unfortunately, we cannot make changes to that order. However, we absolutely want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you are able to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel your order an offer you a refund. After that cancellations cannot be honored. What methods can I use to pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Pay Pal and American Express debit and credit cards. We also accept Apple Pay if you are using a Mac OS device.

Can I order to a PO Box?

We utilize a parcel delivery service to ship orders, so we are able to deliver to PO boxes.

How fast will my product arrive?

While we cant accurately provide a delivery estimate in this form, Products ship via UPS ground from our facilities in Dallas, TX. You will receive an email from our delivery partner with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping. We ship orders Monday-Friday 8am-5pm cst.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is ready for delivery and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number where you can see order status and estimated delivery date.

My product arrived damaged or did not arrive, what should I do?

We are so sorry to hear this. Please call us at +1 800-520-2653 (after selecting your preferred language, press 5) or use the "Contact Us" feature on our site within 15 days of receiving your order.

What is your return policy? 

At this time we do not accept returns. Perishable goods cannot be returned. We absolutely want you to be satisfied with your order. If you are able to contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can cancel your order an offer you a refund. After that, refunds or returns cannot be honored.
